MULTI-FAMILY
We’ve designed thousands of condo and apartment units: everything from transforming 150 year old warehouses into amazing condos to creating new urban infill projects. We’ve designed HUD-funded projects, single building projects with just 8 units, and even sprawling 730 unit garden style communities with multiple pools and amenity buildings.
MIXED USE
More and more municipalities are embracing mixed use design. What does it offer for you? The ability to create a memorable place with a variety of uses and tenants to help mitigate risk and create a vibrant destination. What does it mean for us? We started our architectural journey 20 years ago with healthcare design and still love it today: small practices, assisted living facilities, additions and renovations, and even ground-up outpatient surgery centers. Healthcare design is complex and keeps us at our best.
